We are a very fair and honest company with a customer returns policy that reflects this. You may cancel an order within 7 working days of delivery. You must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you cannot return the bar stools to us yourself we will charge for this service and this charge will be deducted from the value of the goods purchased when we issue a refund.
If the goods are returned to us in with any marks of faults that mean they cannot be sold again at full price we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect this. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of payment.
For faulty or damaged bar stools please contact us by email or telephone with as much information as possible so that we can assess what options we can offer you. We ask that customers email us photos of the problem to help us to process your claim as quickly as possible. All of our wooden bar stools are a natural product which means that no two bar stools are exactly identical due to the natural variation that occurs between any two pieces of wood.
This may mean that some bar stools will have some colour variation in places which is perfectly normal and to be expected in a solid wood product. When a bar stool is deemed to be faulty or damaged we will offer to swap the bar stool and in some circumstances we may offer a partial refund to reflect the scale of the issue. We can run through these options when you contact us.
